I played a game and my game lagged so i told my teammates i’ll reconnect in a minute, but they remaked the game and now i have a timer. I don’t this this is fair so i’d write this message. Please remove my timer Riot. It isn’t fair because i just wanted to play the game. I can’t do anything about your game that is laggs and crashes.

As far as I know, you only get a LeaverBuster wait timer if you have a habit of leaving games before they're finished. If you want to get rid of that wait timer, you have to play five matches through to their end.
I can't speak for crashes, but, lag would almost-certainly be Client-side (I.E., on your end).

But would it be equally as fair for your teammates to wait however long to reconnect, while their enemies rack up however big of an advantage over them? If you have lag issues, how long would it take to get back in?
If they voted to /remake, then that means they didn't trust your promise that you would reconnect. And that's fair - I've seen some people say "I'll reconnect, don't remake" - and we'd spend the entire game 4v5 because people were gullible enough to believe them.
Maybe, rather than expecting Riot to accommodate your laggy connection and pardon you for leaving matches, probably try and find a solution to your lag and/or the crashes so you don't have to be punished in the future?

Yes, it's more than fair. In fact they need to take it a step further and ban people who refuse to fix their shit.
Your connection issues are no one's problem but yours. Riot can't possibly eliminate interface issues on every computer configuration known to man. I'm not gonna wait for some rando to play tech support. I'd "remaked" the game, too.
Leave buster timers are different from dodge timers.
Dodge timers happen after one dodge. Leave buster low priority queue happens after multiple games.
