You need to learn how to beat him He is actually underpowered since his small rework.

Just grab lux, syndra, morg, galio, ahri, viktor, basically play any mage with AoE and heim becomes nothing.

If you decide to go assasin, you are falling into heimer strong points and that is not heimer's fault, that you counterpick yourself. Because you will need to gp into his turret zone to kill him.

Why on earth would you nerf the CHampion with some of the longest cooldown in game and most easy to deny damage?

Not to mention that he creates just so many openings since his ultimate requires his abilities to be off cooldown.

Not to mention he is horribly squishy and has no escapes.

He Needs Buffed not nerfed, His turret box is a joke that can be easy to dismantle
