can someone say how to not lose to a fed talon?

let me say im not bitching or anything i generally want to know and learn how you counter a fed talon to me its impossible he one shots cant be targeted when ulting and his jump over the great wall of china move is complete bs, he jumps over when hes fed boom ur dead one combo get him somewhat low bye have a great time jumps over 3 walls and never to be seen again till he jumps over later down the road and one shots you. i really dont see how his kit is fair *WHEN FED its so overloaded combined with a ga if he somehow cant escape with jumps.
