are swain buffs still coming to his ulti?

the souls passive seems cool by the looks of things but you really don't consider it much at all when you are playing, except for the one instance when you respawn and teleport into a fight, you have to land e or w before you can ult. there's no consequence to giving swain part of your soul, it doesn't seem to significantly impact his healing or damage in any way

not here to spark debate as much as to just lay it out as I see it
