phase rush could use real combat stats
im going to put it out there that im spitballing and i 100% want the boards god to tear me apart for this if its a bad idea
on proccing phase rush, what if instead of tenacity you got DAMAGE REDUCTION? when i think of this, i imagine that the resulting rune would grant more power in both offensive and defensive uses, as most of the stacking movespeed is used navigating fights in danger-close situations.
i dont see anyone choosing utility over damage unless its strengths are actually effective as a means of leveraging substantial power at critical moments against enemies with substantially better trading windows
