Ranked Broken

I hate it when I dont fuck up 90% of my games but no matter which lane I play the other lanes fk up. and we lose. some games i go 15/6/12 and we still lose cause the players i play with are so shitty.

Point being, can we plz gain and lose points on contribution? Instead of fucking team winning or losing.
