Is looking over Flex queue on the timetable?

Currently all the silver-gold tier matches are vs a team full of diamonds and challengers. This is ridiculous. I understand seperate MMR and all, but this is the biggest horse**** logic I can imagine. Pretty much smurfing without creating a new account, and screwing over people who just want to play ranked with their friends. This broken matchmaking is on-par with the "flex-queue with 3 badges"-era logic.

Next game I want the full goddamn UOL roster agaisnt me in premade. I mean, if I'm getting challengers, I atleast want something flashy, and not foul-mouthed assholes sitting back autolpiloting AND BM-ing all the way because they were able to beat people 2 FULL TIERS below them.
