[CLIENT] Pick-ban phase time warping?

I was in the champ select for a ranked game. I was coming up for the ban. The enemy locked in, then it was my turn, the game froze for a split-second, jumped to "5 seconds left", then it dropped me out with a "dodge" the next second.

There were no network issues involved.

Moreover, my client seems to be smaller than beforehand, with no way to re-size it. Seems to be doing a lot of odd things nowadays.
