Are they really destroying Fiora?
**IMPORTANT: Its not cry Discussion or something its just comparing stats and seing your toughs and seing if it wont ruin Fiora and maker her usseles again **. So i just saw recent news of 6.6 patch and saw thing i was always afraid to see ** Fiora Duelist's Dance (Passive) ** Base Damage down to 2% of target's maximum health in true damage from 3% Bonus AD Ratio changed to 4% from [2.8% - 4.5% based on level] Bladework (E) Slow reduced to 30% at all ranks from 40/45/50/55/60% Attack Speed Boost no longer multiplicative.**
Then I quickly went to PBE and try to compare passive dmg with PBE nerfed Fiora and this live Fiora. And she is really not so good as was before :( At LVL 1 Her passive with dorans blade deals 2.68% True Damage and live 3.47%, this just makes -1 % In her early games which is important to her. If she dies to her lane opponent early (from 1 LVL to 5 LVL) she kinda cant duel them anymore, and has to wait for a gank, but most Fiora players manage to get up at MID game if they manage to. But with nerf hiting vital spots at lvl 1-5 duels would be kinda risky, only because you lose -0,5 auto attack if you walk around target and try to hit Vitals (unles you Q its good, but it has cd too). But ofcourse for good Fiora player its manageable to win, because she is all about outplaying, but with this nerf (as i mentioned before) is realy risky
Bonus AD Ratio changed to 4% from [2.8% - 4.5% based on level]- Bonus AD Ration is now 4% (+2%) but it's not really good because you still have lower bonus true damage as with 2.8%(+3%) you had more at 1 LVL . And of course at late game she will be kinda weaker than Not nerfed Fiora. Only because she had 4.5% at lvl 18 and nerfed one will have only 4% at all levels. Lets compare DMG With Juggernaut main items that people are building these days:

Nerfed Fiora has 5.32%+(2%) True damage And Live 4.32%(+3) (Both with was lvl 12 which is mid game). You would probably say " But its literary the same". Well yes, but live Fiora's passive dmg raises its dmg based on lvl, which in late game lvl 18 you get 5.11_(+3)_, which is more (and btw the same items

). Now this mean that Nerfed Fiora will be kinda weaker since its AD Rations is still 4 at lvl 18, and Live Fiora is 4.5. Which means that old Fiora falls of late if not fed.

They say that these nerfs will make Fiora less tank and build more Offensive, which means she will have to build more AD to be more useful in late. And if we build Full AD Fiora she will be op but definitely REALLY SQUISHY. Which takes me to her Ultimate. Her Ultimate will be totally useless in team-fight, because she wont be able to initiate (as we know top laners or jungles have to initiate), if she tries to initiate she is instantly focused and dead due to no tankiness (even if you manage to 1 shot adc, your heal wont be full duration, cuz it scales from how many vitals you hit which being full ad would kill in 3 vital hits or even 2). Which makes her ult only good at Duels (1 vs 1) if she build Full ad. And makes her heal not realy usefull and really hard to do it only cuz of no tankiness. Of course she will be able to deal a lot of DMG but only if she manages to feed early. Which will be hard, as i mention at beginning about early.
All in all, i beleave Riot is trying to make Fiora as old one, which needs to build AD, but new Fiora doesn't have the thing that old had, was ult which made being full AD Fiora a bit usefull to do dmg to everyone, than just one person.
