@Riot Please, help my friend and people like him.

Today, one of my friend that I didn't see since quite along period of time called to play some game with me and I proposed to play League of Legends. It is a game that he played rather casually since the season 3. If I dared to say, despite being a casual player, he is surely one of your most fervent player. Over the 89 games he played since the introduction of match history, he has only 29 wins. Over all these games, he had a positive KDA less than 10 times. Yes, he kept playing while being stomped nearly 90% of his games.

Why, will you ask me ? Because he learned and played this game alone. His farming was bad. I had to teach him that creeps were important to earn gold to get items. He is level 30, yes. But the worst was his itemization. He wasn't finishing his items, and was buying lots of exemplary of the same items. Furthermore, he didn't know a thing about unique passive/active that most items had.

I honestly felt bad for him. It made me remember the hardships of learning to play League of Legends who, despite its defaults, stay a great game. While I do understand you should learn to play by playing, you need the basics to start to play, and he didn't have them. Your tutorials are not providing these basics either.

The game I played with him, he has been completely stomped by a Jayce while playing Cho'gath. We were on Skype. He didn't rage even once. Despite being in a really bad spot, he kept giving his all. Even I cannot pretend to be such a good human being. People like him deserve to able to play in good conditions.

Please, Riot, do something. Whatever it can be, do something.
