The new Pillager is basically an AD-version of Abyssal Scepter. Its niche is not conflicting with any items on the game right now. Do you think it should be added to the Rift ?

I'm not opposed to an armor+ad item, but haveing that flat armor reduce aura will be a horrible mistake, especially if it is applied adter the cleaver shred.
, some decent def stats on top of 65 flat pen, 30% pen, 40% cdr and tons of ad, that certainly won't be an issue on ad assasins at all...
Also, just bc and that item would be absurd amounts of armorshred for the eintire team...Adc could easily bypass any armorpen as theri opponents whould have alla rmor shreded away anyway.
This is too powerful to exist on any map.
It is obviously powerful on bruisers, but it would likely get abused as a defensive item for Assassins and certain ADCs (do we REALLY need Graves to be Tankier?)

This would be a great item on every AD assasin or bruiser.
It would instantly be a must buy. Because of the nature of bot lane being an adc lane an AD+armor+armor reducing item would provide an ADC with everything they need. The other modes dont have the same level of rigid meta that SR has so it isn't as big a problem there.
No. Armour/AD items are generally muddy on SR. That's not even getting into the OP as shite aura. I think it's overkill for TT, but it's more amenable because the map favours bruisers.
If they added it, the armor and ad stats would need to be lowered slightly, the cost increased, and the armor reduction slightly lowered at later ranks. The stats are simply too powerful. It will turn toplane into a 'whoever buys this item first wins' scenario. Maybe something like:
Price - 2900
+40 armor +40 ad +10% cdr
AURA reduction 10-20
Maybe something like this? Not only that, but it could easily be abused by assassins and make the tytanic hydra assassins unbearable, also giving adc's an overtuned defensive option. The bright side is that this could be a good support item. SUPPORT SION WOOPWOOP.

It could work but would need careful tuning. Probably it would need a weaker aura that scales harder (5-30) so it doesn't automatically win lane.
God no, AD champions already have so many Flat ArPen options. I'm not opposed to more % ArPen however.

I don't think it would necessarily be abused or be that strong on its own, but in combination with the other penetration items it could be terrifying. Just take it on one of your Fighters and Miss Fortune's ult with Black Cleaver and Youmuu's will deal even more damage.
If it and Black Cleaver's Armor Reduction had the same name it might work. Then only the greater amount applies and you would buy Van Damm's against enemies with less than 33 -- 83 Armor (levels 1 -- 18).
Then again, Assassins might buy this, Supports will soon get Armor from Talisman, and Carries can buy Guardian Angel, I doubt there will be a match where enemies have less than 83 Armor at level 18.
