CDR/Utility or Machine Gun/Kite Ashe?

CDR/Utility: Essence Reaver, Runaan's Hurricane, Berserker's Greaves, Infinity Edge, Last Whisper Items, and Lifesteal/Armor Item

Machine Gun/Kite: Infinity Edge, Runaan's Hurricane, Berserker's Greaves, Phantom Dancer, Last Whisper Items, and Lifesteal/Armor Item

I've been playing Ashe for a while now with both builds, just wondering about other players opinions.

I would also like to see why you voted for that build in the comments. :^)
