Better bot lane wins in upper elos now, arguably around 70% of the time.

Alright so I started playing league near the end of last season and so far have put in over 1.2k games to climb to d4 this season. I'd argue that at this point I at least somewhat know what i'm talking about. So recently (past month and a half or so) I feel like around 70% of the time (Not counting games with afks/smurfs), the better bot lane will end up winning the game, regardless of any other leads accrued. Shield/heal supports are so strong right now that they almost completely negate any lane damage done and leave it up to the jungler/top/mid to try to tilt the lane one way or the other. Once one side has the advantage (via simply better players or outside infuence), unkillable raid boss tristana/twitch take over the game and 1v9 everyone. The sheer amount of games i've played in this past month and a half where other lanes garner a lead but still get melted by the other team's bot lane has been insane. I believe Riot seriously needs to take a look at the lane balance in the game right now. One lane shouldn't decide the game pretty much every game.

Supporting evidence: Just look up the current averages of high elo bans, they are chucked full of support/adc bans; this being especially prevalent in master + where they know how important it is to get rid of the hypercarry support/adc. They know that if one side of bot lane gets ahead, especially on those champions, the game is over. There is clearly a problem if they choose to ban those champions over their own lane countermatchups.

Definition of "better bot lane": If the two supports are of the same skill level, the slightly better adc on one side tilts their side to being better. If two adcs are of the same skill level, the better support tilts their side to being better. Otherwise, if other lanes get one side of bot a lead but they are worse players than the other side skill-wise, then they are even.

Effects of this problem: Right now, if the better bot lane rules the game and you are in any other role, 70% of the time, you don't matter. It therefore takes longer to climb and more based on RNG of what bot lane you get than it should ever be. If you play champions that are able to roam and influence the bot lane matchup, you have a better chance of winning.
