Report People in Champ Select

Please, for the love of god, add this option. There has been so many games that i've played in which I've needed to dodge from trolls where they receive zero punishment for their actions. In fact, me and all the other people who don't want to lose elo are the ones who are punished by being forced to use our daily dodges on their actions. For example: today this guy: "TWICE o Tzuyu o" was autofilled to jungle, a role which, he probably couldn't play. Thus he asked for other roles, we said no since none of us could play jungle. What would i do if i was this guy? I would dodge since its my fault for not knowing how to play a role. I'm not a terrible person and would fuck others over for my lack of knowledge. What does this guy do? He picks ashe jungle with teleport and ghost (this is diamond 3 elo btw). Thereby forcing one of the people who've done nothing wrong to dodge from the game. Please riot, fix this broken system. People like this guy abuse the fuck out of it with 0 repercussions to themselves except if the game actually goes through, then everyone gets fucked over including them.
