Text Configuration - Lack thereof?

Would it be possible to get some type of configuration settings in the client to make floating text bigger? For example, maybe we could make the "EXP" numbers a bit bigger; if not all of them. If there are no plans to add this feature anytime in the future, would it be possible to add a JSON array to change the size of the text for those who would like to? This would also be a feature that would be specifically useful to those who have vision problems, or just problems seeing small text in general.
