So how are those hitboxes doing, Riot?

(First part of image from support ticket conversation with Morgageddon, second part of image from recent news)

6 months later, they fix a huge problem the community has been complaining about for literally years. Why is Riot's bugfixing so mind-numbingly, trollingly slow?

Also, something is wrong if you need behind-the-scenes information to not be confused.

EDIT: Apparently, some people need this to be spelled out: the problem is that the hitboxes don't match the visuals. Riot can make the hitboxes themselves whatever they like (within reasonable design), but players have been complaining that they hitboxes and visuals don't match for years.

All that first part really said was "I have faith in the team who's in charge of this due to past interactions with them". Nothing more, nothing less. Perhaps the "poke" he said he was going to do is what spurred the second image's text.

You have a Rioter stating that the HITBOXES are correct. Then the second part says the VISUALS now better match the hitbox. There's nothing wrong or contradictory here.

Annie Seriously, the fuck is up with her W. It doesn't match the visual's length in the least.
