Will (or Should?) the Pros play Twitch jungle? Does he have potential?

So I know that I only played 1 game of twitch jungle (going 19-5-11) and I'm going straight to saying that he should be played by the pros, but for real, Twitch is pretty op in the jungle! Once you get your red buff and clear krugs at the beginning of the game, you can easily either burn a flash on the other team or freaking murder their asses! With that perma slow from the red buff and Twitch's range, and freaking being INVISIBLE? Twitch's early game and late game are really strong. Like if you get behind early game, and just farm the hell out of the jungle for most of the game, and end up getting full build... You could easily come back and be able to kill everyone on the other team...(Besides the fact of the opponents' cc and if their fed lul)

Am I being overly confident in this champ? Will the pros decide to use Twitch? Should they? (Wouldn't it make it more exciting and fun?) I would enjoy hearing any feedback or comments! Thanks!
