In regards to the committed TP changes. It's actually pretty funny.

Remember those old clips of Bronze players TPing and not cancelling 5 feet away from them? I had that happen a few times in matches and it was pretty hilarious watching them freak out wondering why they couldn't cancel it. Thanks Riot for making memes real again.
