Ok, so I'm playing ADC and for some reason I back before I get 1550g (+150g for pots and wards).
Let's say I have 800g do I buy

Don't buy boots. Get pickaxe. If you won't fight at all, get avarice.
Never build AS until you have a decent amount of AD.
Never buy on Ashe.
She wants the stats (especially that delicious nutritious crit chance) from

How about, get rid of that reason to back before 1550. Try to farm to 1550 before you back. Make it a challenge and just heal from your auto attacks until 20% before you consume your pot. That means, try to avoid taking damage as much as possible.
You get better this way.
It depends on the lane you are in. I often get a

I say you should only consider if you are winning hard, feel you can outplay your opponent(you are better then them), or if you need to farm for 20ish minutes+ to get back into the game. I hardly buy this item because it is a risky item. It can work if you are given the time to farm, but if they fight during the time you are farming, you will be weaker then someone who built AD.
