Does Riot not care about 3v3 anymore?

No mention of 3v3 for ranked regarding the new ranked changes. Champion mastery still isn't on the 3s map and there are going to be rewards for it now, all we have is "exploring possibilities" http://boards.na.leagueoflegends.com/en/c/gameplay-balance/cuuOtBkZ-hextech-crafting-and-loot-qa?comment=00230002. Latest patch notes have no updates to 3v3 despite there being piss off bugs like the god damn small golem eternally walking back to its spawn while healing. I enjoy 3s more than I do 5s and I would love more people to play it but if we can't get a similar experience to the other core game modes I don't see how 3v3 will stick around for much longer.

They need to have a surrender at 10 option especially since 3v3 is major snowball and all it takes is 3-4 feeds to make the rest of the match pointless. With the earliest surrender being at 20 and the average game being about 30 mins long, it's way better to be playing summoner's rift/5v5.

I used to play 3v3 just for testing free rotation characters quickly (even up against bot chars) but with the more recent 5v5 changes that's no point to doing that now, it's hardly faster and often not even at all.
