New hud crossfire flickering

Ever since the new hud was released, I have experienced constant flickering especially on the minimap when my crossfire is enabled. The only way to fix this problem is to Alt-Tab out of the game but it only fixes the problem for about a minute. It can be a huge issue since the minimap is sometimes non-visible and forces me to Alt-Tab out of the game when there could be a teamfight or gank. Anybody else have this issue or know of a way for fixing this your comments will be greatly appreciated. Inb4 disable crossfire, repairing/reinstalling client.

Disabling vsync does seem to work although i have to run at 120fps for screetear to be less visible
