I'll stop when Riot admits that they over-buffed Fervor of Battle, kind of how they over-buffed a few things this season so far (i.e. most of the assassins during the Assassin Class Update, lethality, all of the tanks during the Tank Update, etc.). Not only that, but Fiora IS broken at the moment even without fervor. Her passive is overloaded - it's as simple as that. Riven, however, is just currently broken because she abuses fervor. See a recurring theme? (Hint: it's Fervor of Battle)

Mecha MaIphite3 votesNot going to comment on fiora's state, but her being "the grand duelist" is a pretty dumb argument for her being balanced. Yes, she's supposed to 1v1 people effectively, but when she does it too well, she still needs changes.
It's like me saying "xin zhao was a really good gladiator, so he should be able to 1v5 no problem".
