Yasuo windwall buffed or a new glitch?

Just played a game against Yasuo and (I don't remember reading about a windwall buff) but his windwall was literally blocking the entire lane when he used it. In mid lane, from one side to the other was completely zoned out with that windwall.

In teamfights, he would just windwall and nobody could get a single skill shot through it.

I don't know if it was a bug, or a buff... but its certainly made him unbalanced as hell.
