Is it just me, or are some champs just too overbearing in lane and late game?

The champs that I find annoying and unbalanced are Leona, Braum, Fizz, and Akali.

When I ADC, if the enemy team has a braum or leona, I pretty much give up. Braum typically just tanks all my skillshots for his ADC, which is what he should do, but he has a crazy amount of utility along with the ability to get massive amounts of health.

Leona has so much CC that I literally can't do anything. All she does is CC me and I'm almost certain to die no matter what I do. I pretty much consider any lane against her as a loss at this point. She is ridiculously strong.

Akali recently got nerfs, but she is still one of the most snowbally champs I've ever seen since S3 Riven. Give her a couple of kills and watch as she deletes your carries in less than 2.4 seconds.

Fizz is the worst though.... he is so dumb to play against. He doesn't even need to be fed to do alot of damage, and he is one of the safest mid laners in the game. All he has to do is troll pole away. Nobody besides Akali has the sort of mobility he has.

I don't wanna be QQing or anything... just looking for some thoughts about these individual champions.
