League is totaly unplayable! Cant play a game without 180 ping min and with huge spikes into the 500

I have the same internet connection since i started playing league back in season one (7 MB/s) down and (1 mp/s) up. For the past 2 months now the game has been unplayable because of high ping. I made some speed test to make sure its not a problem with my connection (speedtest.net). I only have the problem with league all my other games are fine. I can log in league and play a game but with half the game having up to 2 seconds in delay is not very enjoyable. Am i the only one with this problem ? and if im not is anyone trying to fix it ?
