I have to restart my PC every time I want to launch league.

  1. So I recently re installed league on my new SSD. Before I did so I was having problem with league not launching to the login screen after I press play. This was random, sometimes it was working and sometimes not. Since i installed league on my SSD i have to restart my PC every time i want to open league or the login screen just doesn't show up. I even tried to close league from the task manager and re installed twice with the same results.

I don't know how to reproduce this bug it just happens all the time and i don't know how to reproduce/fix it.

Here are my pc specs if this can help. note that the overclock i have is very stable and is not the cause of this isue due to instability. This isue was happening before i had any overclock.

There has been threads about your problem. It happens to me often too. I rarely restart my computer because of it though. When the login screen fails to open I go into Task Manager and force close either LoLPatch or LoLClient. Then try it all again.
You can just re-launch League, but it takes a little longer and it will ask to terminate the already open program. I do agree with you that is typically works on the first time of launching the program, which is why I assume you have been restarting.
