Janna Runes

Because everything deals soooo much damage now, and the Resolve runes, not counting the keystones, have become all but useless, I've decided to finally change up my Enchanter runes to fit the more damage oriented meta. Also, side note, this is something not many people are discussing, a lot of the Enchanters have fallen in win rate because of the current meta. Anyway..

I'm going Sorcery + Domination, and I'm sure about Sorcery runes except for one thing. I don't know whether to get Tempest or Scorch. It'sa trade off between late game and early game strength, but with my average game lasting just over 30 minutes, I feel like Tempest might be better, but I'm not sure. I'm having the same problem with which Domination runes to pick up. I'm definitely taking Cheap Shot, but I don't know which Hunter rune to choose. Ingenious Hunter is a great choice, as support I tend to have at least 3 items actives, but Ultimate Hunter seems better fitting because Janna's ultimate is just amazing, but with 40% CDR there isn't much of an issue, however you can never have your ultimate on to short of a cooldown, right? The other Hunter runes seem justa s good to, making it a difficult choice.
