STUPID CHAMPION SELECT BANS

I think that there should be a vote for which bans the 1st champion can ban. For example...if the person decides to ban Urgot (only god knows why)..the team should be able to vote YES or NO.

I guess it would take longer but if you all only had 10 seconds to vote or its voided then it would be better than having to deal with champs destroying you in game that shouldve been banned
