Tribunal/Ban system reform!

Hey players: Pro and newbies alike! I want to talk about the struggles of elo hell which is predominantly in the Bronze/Silver leagues. As we all know, these leagues are filled with tons of AFKERS, trolls, and unskilled players alike. My issue with this is....there is hardly any repercussion for these outlyers. Yes there is bans, but I wanna talk specifically about ranked punishments. If you troll or feed during a ranked match, not only do you lose, but you take away everyone's attempt to try and advance. You stick people in a harder position to rank up. Chat bans are pretty much useless IMO cause then you cannot even communicate with your teammates. What I'd like to propose is the addition of a new system to weed out these blokes. Perhaps like a requirement that you need to play 20 normal games or something before you can continue to play ranked again? Also...implement the loss prevention again for the AFK situation because in no way is it fair to the people who are actually trying to play(and have their 30+min of time wasted). It taints people's records who really work for it. WHO' S WITH ME?
