Bringing back old emotes and some of their unique VFX

Now that we have emotes and the recent event limited event emote is always available (worlds emotes), I ask you, will we have our old event emotes: 2015 Ice/Fire emotes, VS 2017 emotes, Arcade baron emote, 2016 world emotes, Snowdown 2016 emotes? (that's it i think?)

Also, what do you think about bringing back kill effect's like 2015 Ice/Fire kill effect, or the 2016 team recall icon? or cluster? And why don't you talk about bringing them back, all you said was "we are looking at bringing them back" a long time ago.

So can you give me answer on why you can bring them or why you cant bring them, also same with kill or recall VFX. Also if you would bring them back would you need to bring them back to store ( it would decrease in value/rarity) or would you just give them to those who had bought them?

I don't think those will ever be brought back as more than limited-time stuff for special events. The main reason is because those emotes/kill effects are animated, or that eats up a lot of visual real estate, which is important for preserving clarity. It's very important for gameplay to keep clarity as high as possible, and those effects, fun as they were, would be an unhealthy thing to have around all the time.

Well i agree on the kill effects, but with emotes i mean they brought back the bells and regifted emotes, because it's christmas. And what abouti all-stars? It was All-stars: Ice vs Fire, before they changed it to simple competetive like any other summer split or worlds (i think they did, bc they didnt like something), but the ice/fire emotes are still connected to All-stars event which is around the corner and yet only new icons were made, and no old emotes brought back unlike the christmas ones i've mentioned.
