Will old emotes be brought back?

I know alot of players hate emotes because of their price or just because they tilt some, but what I want to know is, will old emotes like Snowdown 2016 emotes, 2015 ice/fire team emotes, arcade baron emote, will be brought back for those who bought them? I know that they were limited to the events, but it would be cool if they were brought back, at least players who dont buy new emotes would have older ones to show off.
