Ezreal can arcane shift WHILE being grabbed by blitz

I was playing a game, as Blitzcrank , where maybe 4-5 times I grabbed Ezreal with rocket grab. In 3-4 of those MID-GRAB, he used arcane shift to get out of it. Shouldn't his arcane shift be disabled after I grab him until he reaches me? As far as I know he is the only champion in the game with this mechanic in regard to Blitzcrank, and it negates good plays Blitz players make to grab him in the first place. Plus, with good reflexes he could dodge Blitz's grab with arcane shift in the first place, so this change wouldn't eliminate his escape ability.

Side note- I'm unsure if Ezreal can do this with Thresh 's hooks, and this should be considered too.

oboy a blitzcrank counter! i think all mobility spells should be allowed during a pull

Tristana and Ezreal can do this.

As far as I know, they're the only champions who can do this... because they're the only champions with a delay on their dashes. Riot would remove the behavior if their dashes acted instantly.
