Most Balanced Champ?

With all this talk about nerfing and buffing, why don't we look at the balanced champs that just feel right. Rito does some things right and yelling at them for only bad decisions is not a productive thing to do. Let's talk about champions that Riot have done a really good job at balancing. When you play these champs, you are rewarded for good play and punished for bad play. Who has abilities that complement each other and work well together. Whose numbers are just right, and finally, who preforms their role exactly as intended and whose theme fits with lore like a glove. What are your thoughts?
