The state of Shyvana?

Where does she go now? Top is usually Irelia/Mao/Liss/Gnar from what I see/hear, is she accepted in the jungle?

She has no sustain so the jungle rapes her pretty hard.

She is in a bad spot.

She sucks

I'm sorry to say this. I've played her in S3 when counterjungle was more important. Back then, Shyvana was able to fight champs in jungle like Lee or even Xin. The downside was, all she can do was run into a lane and try to hit them; she offered no cc, but she made up for it in speed. She was known for counter ganking and counter jungle. Both were effective because she can outduel the other jungle.

The problem right now is, she isn't a good jungler. Despite the pitiful buff on her W, it does nothing to return her to her state before constant nerfs. Now, not only can she not duel champs like Lee or Xin, but she can't counter jungle very well either. Yes, they buffed her W by 20% but they nerfed her QWER prior to the buff which was more than 20% of her overall dmg.

New champs have also been released like Braum, Kalista, and Rek'Sai who all kind of destroy any attempt to play Shyvana. Braum pretty much stops any Shyvana from diving a back lane, with a single Q. Kalista can 1v1 Shyvana mid-late game no problem. Despite the W movespeed, and Botrk, Kalista kites Shyvana with no problem, and the %hp from BOTRK and her (?) ensure she survive long. And rek? Rek does counter jungle and counterganking much better with the speed and mobility that shyvana never had.

Right now, playing Shyvana is just for funs. She isn't rewarded and she doesn't have much to her kit.

I would ask Riot to rework her, put her kit more up to date, but w.e.

OH and her Winrate has never exceed 49%.

She's decent in the jungle, but the first several camps can be tricky. Watch your health and don't underestimate the raptors.

her jungle was stupidly fast prior to the 20% monster buff, it must be really something now, probably even the fastest jungle clearer in the game by this point, but her ganks are pretty non existent unless your really good at aiming her ult.

well considering she beats maokai and irelia in lane she can still go top

she's also a viable jungler right now

She isn't quite as strong as other junglers but there's nothing saying she can't jungle. Her initial clear is a bit meh, but once her W gets another rank or two she can clear camps extremely quickly which, contrary to what's being said here, does actually make her a pretty good counterjungler. Jungle Shyvana can do very well in the mid game with only midway items (BotRK, Tiamat, Hexdrinker, Warden's Mail) and if she isn't shut down becomes a teamfight nightmare. However to reach her best effectiveness she relies on allies for CC unless she's overly fed, and you have to be very good with your positioning and engage options. In the hands of the right player she's still very potent and don't let anyone tell you otherwise.

As a top laner she makes for a very strong bully. Her ability to farm and push waves is extremely strong, and only gets stronger going into the mid and late games, and she is pretty damn tough to try and 1v1 after she has two or three items built. In a flat out brawl a midgame Shyvana will probably beat anyone who can't simply burst her down faster than she can rack up damage on them. She's a good choice if you're trying to play someone who can deny others farm, and after her ult is up she has pretty solid escapes. It's rare that anyone can actually stop her once she hits her stride and a Shyvana who hasn't been entirely shut down early on can actually 2v1 pretty well during mid and late game provided she isn't entirely locked down, which can be solved by getting a QSS/Mercurial Scimitar as you near the late game so she can stay relevant in teamfights.

She's tons of fun to play and can still be very powerful in the right person's hands, but relies on her team to pave a path for her destruction, and well above the average knowledge of positioning and engaging options.

Top is good. She just got jungle buffs - literally she got bonus damage against neutral monsters as part of her kit (bad move) - so she should be good in the jungle too.

I prefer using her in the jungle. Her jungling just got buffed, so she is viable there again.
