Did everyone get their borders?

I got mine right after mentioning something about it a week ago.

I don't usually get bans. My last ban had to have been back in 2013? I was on a 2004 Toshiba Satellite, & it wasn't literally a toaster, but it might as well have been. Team-fights gave me constant bug-splat, & LoL would close on it's own. Now I'm on an ASUS, & have tried my best to be behaved. If you were banned for something such as Chat-restriction, then I could see how that affected your chances. If someone antagonizes in-match, just mute, & move on, or try to figure out why they are acting the way thay are. I'm sorry about you not being eligible for the rewards, but keep a clean slate for next season man :D
