They need to increase BE income. Buying a new champ is nearly impossible unless you level up 10 times. You have to level up and disenchant the loot you get just to not have close to enough for anybody. Let's get riot to give use better BE income. Please guys.

buying a new champ is perfectly plausible, you just gotta manage how often you buy champs, and ONLY buy them if your gonna legitimately practice them. then you have the chance to not even pay full price for a champ when you get its shard while you level up.
the old IP system just gave you a grind as you gathered it together spamming aram
ThatKid88981 votesI have a second account, and I didn't even have 24 champs when I hit level 30. I couldn't play ranked until I had to spend my $$$ to buy the cheapest champs. That is not ok at all.

BE now is especially easy to come by by just playing and getting FWOTD bonuses
