I have been demoted 3 times to silver 4 because of teams that feed, and or don't help out. I am tired of silver and just want out. Add me to rise? Support main.

when you finally say, I lost because i did X, or I didnt do X, youll see a 33% winrate improvement
You're losing because you think its everyone's fault but yours.
Look at your team mates as AI bots. You can't control what they do, and they're completely unpredictable. To be a good player, you need to learn how to play the cards you're dealt, and adapt to any situation.
There are some games you just flat out CANT win, but those games are few and far between. There's usually something you could have done better. Looking at what your team mates could have done better and not scrutinizing your own play is never going to help you.
"I lost because I had bad team mates" is a losing, bronze kid mentality.
