What's going on in Ranked?

Usually, when I lose my ranked games, I lose it by ways such as: The enemy team were simply better (comp wise, better communication/skill)

In terms of the skill I mean, map awareness/shot-calling/playing to their str/wk in a lane and in the overall game.

However, I'm losing my games now to things like: Hard int (Not even where people int on purpose to get a lower tier) but like, they generally believe this is what they should be doing. People generally are not sure what they should be doing - I was in a game as I split pushed with Udyr/Trynd and my some of my teammates just stood at our mid tower last hitting. While I had 4 people on me. While only one of theirs was mid lane

Some of my games I feel like I'm playing with actual bots. They farm, may pick up some kills but back off from conflict and run around like headless chickens. My first ranked game, I fucked up a bit but it was still winnable (from my perspective) my top lane didn't use his early game adv as renekton but that was fine. I was Udyr split pushing, I was constantly ganked by 4/5 people, but my team never pushed with it. They hugged mid tower. In team fights, my top laner and support helped focus their carries but our carries (mid/adc) focused leona in an entire teamfight and actually chased her up toplane as opposed to their Darius/Jax/TF.
