The goals here are pretty simple. We want to show Riot that we can make a positive change and that we're worth looking at! We might've lost our cool for a while and it was over the top but that doesn't stop our love for the game and the community. The biggest plan on the Agenda is that a collective body we are able to represent to the voiceless who are at this point powerless to speak to Riot about their once beloved accounts. Yes I'm aware of the limited run experiment Riot tried and this is my attempt to conduct a similar experiment to show that we who still very much love this game and heck would even like to spend money on this again are capable of playing by the Summoner's Code. I think the UI for permabans is in need of a major update and there exist possible solutions before losing your account indefinitely to forever.

The UI punishment system does a sub par job of expressing just how on the line your account is in danger of being lost. There's an extreme need for better intervals on punishment/reform. 10 game 25 game 2 week FOREVER!

My points are pretty simple in that Riot should consider things like 30 day/60 day/Season long bans/Number of Patches before giving the exile guillotine. Right now it's in a state where at least to me and possibly many others feels distant and cold and doesn't do a good enough job of communicating the kind of impending danger accounts are possibly in.

Please join my server and lets be Good Samaritans live by example and pool enough collective data to make a loud voice for RIOT to listen to!

Why do you need more chances? 3-4 chances is more than enough for someone to take responsibility for their actions. I agree that people can reform but that's just a bad idea.

I think evaluating a human being's worth in a community on an/by a extremely limited binary number of chances is a poor critique method. Sometimes people need a little bit longer than others to realize what they're doing wrong and to improve upon themselves.

I think my biggest goal here is to hopefully make a change in policy or at least have my thoughts considered. After all Tyler1 was allowed back in! Us little people who don't stream the game or take it as a career and find it a meaningful recreation are also human beings with both strengths and weaknesses/pros and cons. Good days and bad. Even in the criminal justice system/ we at least allow for ways that allow people to re-integrate into society and make a meaningful contribution to it.

This last bit is a particularly bit of an edit and afterthought. It's especially easy to find yourself become a keyboard warrior in a game that promotes obnoxious amounts of caffeine rushing to your temple. I also find that It's also a bit of a merciless attitude that promotes toxicity and negative behavior to simply exile people who you don't like because of a few things they may have said that were harsh.

At the very least we shouldn't settle on the poor UI the game has to offer in a community that's all about playing at your absolute best making juicy outplays and refining all about self and resources available.

That's also not to say that there shouldn't be an exile button. I just feel pretty strongly that this process could use some refining. If someone has genuinely changed is able to provide proof over a seasons time than maybe they should be allowed back in the next season. If that person has changed get's their account back they're gonna love the fact that there was mercy and compassion involved in the decision making process.

Like what a grand recreation League has turned out to be for me for me to actually care this much about how it works. There's a time and place for exile sure but there's also a time and place for item 3107

Your worth as a human isn't being evaluated. Don't try to make it that deep. It's as simple as breaking the rules in any other situation on the planet.

Break the rules multiple times in a restaurant? Kicked out. Movie theater? Kicked out. Etcetera.

Yes, it does take longer for some people to learn to control themselves, but that's not akin to someone liking a different color. People need to learn self control and 2 or 3 chances is more than enough for that. If you can't control your behavior after those chances, Riot doesn't want you playing the game.

Tyler1 was un ID banned, not un-permabanned. He did not receive any special treatment. He had a punishment (that you and I would almost never get) lifted but not his permanent bans.

ID ban =/= permanent ban.

A permanent ban is essentially a "life without parole" sentence. A line has to be drawn somewhere to show that negative behavior isn't acceptable.

You can reintegrate into "society", make a new account.

And it's especially easy (and a valuable skill) to be able to exercise self control.

Oh please. Yes, let's give rulebreakers, who have intentionally fed games, used hate speech, or broke and subsequentally ignore the rules 4x over multiple chances because it might hurt their feelings. It makes complete sense to kick people out who break the rules.

None exiled you from the game. You just lost an account. You can start over and have 0 chance of losing your account if you reformed.

this also belongs to PB boards if I am not mistaken
