Bringing back two years ago discussion of more than one server in a continent/country

So I recently played this game called path of exile where there are separate servers like league of legends however you are still able to play with players from other countries for example I was running through this map with this player from London and when we were running it together none of our pings changed, So it got me thinking if riot could do this with Na or Eu because we are bigger land masses it would help increase the overall player level in these areas, people always say one of the reasons Na solo queue is shit is because the ping is terrible and therefore in places like Korea with 5 ping the players are able to more easily develop muscle memory. Anyway just bringing up and old topic that was discussed two years ago but figuring with today's technology we would be able to not split the community while still giving people great ping all across North America (p.s. I live near Toronto so my ping is like 20 so this isn't for me was just thinking of the community <3 especially the pro players who have continuously said that solo queue doesn't really give them good practice because it is completely different feel from on stage). Anyway let me know your thoughts and I'll add a poll if this gets polarising.
