Making this to get this to Riot's attention hopefully

So I recently reported two people and this is by far the worst game I have ever seen just based on player base in gold and so I wanted to add this to the forums to make sure this is brought to riot's attention and this ban does not go under the cover. This is gonna sound so shitty and whiny so bear with me (lol). So I start the game everything is going fine I'm playing annie mid and I'm up in cs there's some banter with sej and sona so far. Then sej dives top lane and trades 1 for 1 then 3 more people come and kill garen. This is where it starts the two go back and forth flaming then after garen loses his turret he is 3 man killed because tf and their jgler but whatever it happens game is still relatively even. Then sona says "gratz" after he says 3 top. This guy proceeds to afk while watching tv and still chatting however sitting in the base. The rest of the game is the team giving up and flaming going back and forth looking up his account telling people to report him etc. My issue with this is yes he shouldn't have afk'd but the people who were flaming him are still guilty in part and were acting innocent in particular sejuani. My issue mainly comes when the game in and this guy begins to taunt us with messages saying "oh wait I'm banned nope still writing and going on and on". Therefore I would like to bring this to Riot's attention to make sure in case the ban does not go through in addition they need to look at the end game chat because this is completely unacceptable behaviour on both parties the people flaming and the person afking. p.s. if your wondering what I was doing while all this was going on I was mid csing actually I think this was one of if not my best cs game in laning phase of course my 0/0/0 score all hit the fan once they started grouping but yea this was probably the worst experience I have had in a ranked game and I was bronze two years ago so yea really hope this guy gets a ban or something anyway match history in the link and I have also sent a report record however I forgot to add in the end game chat as I had written it before he began to taunt us. Really hope this guy doesn't call your bluff. Thanks, don't mind my league vocab sorry last thing if your wondering my only addition to the conversation in chat was to say that sej was no better than garen for flaming and that garen ruined the game experience for the team and to question why they thought him being silver one explained his leaving when we are only like gold 2 mmr so really not that much better and he had to have good mmr to play with us.
