Why is Aatrox still 6300 IP

I understand that Riot changes prices based on how old a champion is. But I really don't think Aatrox should be 6300 IP. He is extremely underplayed, and only somewhat viable, if you know how to play him. I'm an Aatrox main with 583k mastery on him, and I have higher win rates with other champions I play a lot less. Long story short, he kinda sucks, but I enjoy him as a champion. I just think his price should be lowered. This should go for many low-playrate champs, because people aren't going to dish out that much IP for a champ they rarely see. One time I even saw someone dodge because I picked Aatrox, saying he has a low winrate. LOL

The prices are currently only reduced based on a fixed schedule based on new champion release:

We still have a long way to go before Aatrox is reduced.

None of these are a factor in champion price.

aatrox is a strong champion but aa champ are not favored by pro player because they have very similar weakness for their meta, easy to get kited, need to be able to stick to their target and use basic attack and to be very effective they have to be build glass canon and they struggle in the rotation due to the fact they can't retaliate vs ranged in a 2v1 and since people are sheep if pro don't play them most of the mass don't play him.
