Did Lee Sin get nerfed?

My last game with him he did 0 damage in the early game. I couldn't even get the enemy Udyr down by 1/4th his health at lvl 3 with no kills on the board nor new items purchased. Whenever I went to gank lanes i basically contributed nothing towards damage. It was like all my abilities and AA's were melee minion strength. Once we hit mid game it was over. My ganks did absolutely nothing for the team, Udyr outscaled me despite starting out stronger than me. My last game with lee sin was a few weeks ago (farther back than lolking will look) but I rocked the early game incredibly well.

Did something happen? I paid money for his skins because he's my favorite jungler but now i don't wanna play him anymore.
