make it so that yasuo can only ult on his tornado HEAR ME OUT

will a good yasuo still be able to 1v3 like in montages?? of course greatly separates bad yasuos from good yasuos right now a bad yasuo can land a 5 man ult with a malph knock up with this change, a 5 man knock up from a team mate can STILL set up a 5 man yas tornado

I mean in theory ya that'd be cool but he's 1 of only a few champs in the game that needs a condition to use his ult.
