riven needs ribbons

we all know that is literally cancer so i propose giving her a resource to balance her

mana would make her even more cancer so we won't give her mana

energy wouldn't do much to help make her less cancer so we won't give her energy

so we should make up a resource for her instead

so i propose giving her ribbons

rivens max ribbons is equal to her level

she starts with 1 and has 2 at level 2 and 3 at level 3 and 18 at level 18 you get the point

every time riven casts an ability she uses a ribbon

so it's like at level 2 she gets Q and goes in to cheese you

she goes Q auto Q auto

oh wait she's out of ribbons now and can't finish her cheese

and you kick her cancerous ass straight back to bronze 5 where she belongs

riven regains one ribbon per minute

timer doesn't start until riven uses a ribbon so no waiting to start the combo until you'll get a free ribbon in the middle of it

riven regains all ribbons after returning to base

if she's still cancer then riven can lose one ribbon on assist and all ribbons on kill

or lose all ribbons if E's shield is broken

or make her ult cost multiple ribbons

there's lot of options with this resource so i think it's a good idea
