so after the juggernaut update that made them all pick/ban for months and created juggernaut items that broke adcs and the adc update that replaced half of every team ever with adcs rito decided they needed to tone their updates down a bit and next on the list was the mages and some crackhead decided it was a good idea to break mage items too but that would make mages worth playing again so they decided to buff sleeper op swain and give the rest of the cast a healthy gutting to make sure that despite the update they still can't contest zed's LC$ BIG PLAY$ and now literally nobody's safe because they nerfed qss and didn't do jack shit to zed to compensate

just fire your balance team and replace them with monkeys and dartboards because after reading that disaster of an update i have more faith in the monkeys
