So this jg buff that is actually more jg nerfs is in response to many people including pro players being very far behind the laners in exp, levels and gold; because of your original triple jg nerf. When a pro jg player in a season ranked game is level 13 when the laners are level 18 you know you have a problem.

The solution: Nerf solo lane !!!!!! Easy :)

This way ADC can actually carry games now and jg can actually gank solo lanes without dying instantly and getting deleted before their laner even has time to help the gank due to being so far behind.

I have seen many games where the ADC pops off and has 10/1 before first tower down only to lose in the late game because SOLO LANE OP OP GG

The jungle buffs are still jungle buffs, just not the jungle revert people were hoping for.

Every large camp got a 20% XP boost.

Camp XP scaling is slightly higher.

The nerfs to buff camps is just to offset the buffs to literally every other camp so your first clear doesn't put you wildly ahead.
