Champion grade makes no sense

Not saying I deserved an S but I don't understand how lux gets a S- and I get an A.

I have more gold, CS, Kills, Assists and I had more dmg done to champs by about 15k and slightly more dmg done overall.[didn't think to screencap that :( ]

Yes my stats are bad, cs is low yada yada but by comparison I just don't get it. How is this determined? I just don't get it.

It also takes into account wards and objectives as well as in comparison to how well others do on the same champ in the same position. Karthus top stats on average are a lot higher than lux mid so it is a lot harder to get in the top %

also it takes into account your elo and how other people do on the champion in your elo, meaning some champs could be harder to get an S on than others http://lolstarz.com/summoner?name=ratzy9&lo=na go look for a karthus game 12 days ago I got a penta and a S (I was mid)
