How does sona's movement speed bonus work?

Slitorous··1 votes·2,003 views

is sona movement speed bonus a percentage of base movement speed or of total movement speed. Say I have boots and full relentless hunter stacks does that add to the movement speed bonus?

It's a percentage multiplier, so it will multiply both your base, and your flat (+#) movement speed boost eg: movement speed on boots. Sona's movement speed boost will not multiply percentages (+#%) eg: percentage move speed on phantom dancer.
