Is Quinn ever going to get some meaningful nerfs?

She has an easy-to-hit combo that does over 1500 dmg in the mid game. The hitbox on her blind is SOOOO huge it's almost impossible to miss it. She only gets played in top lane as a tank-shredding counterpick that just shits all over anyone who doesnt have a gap closer
